Introduction of Nurse Practitioner and Retirement of Fellowship Program

Dear Valued Patients,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to share some important updates about our medical practice. After 15 years of dedicated service, Dr. DePalma’s esteemed Interventional Spine Fellowship program will be retiring. Over the years, this program has been instrumental in providing advanced medical care and fostering the development of future medical professionals. While we bid farewell to this chapter, we are thrilled to announce a new addition to our healthcare team.

We are excited to introduce Kelly Baker DNP, FNP-BC, our new Nurse Practitioner, who will be joining our practice in August of 2024. Kelly is local to the Richmond area and comes to us with a solid background as a registered nurse working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Kelly says she is “passionate about providing high-quality evidence-based care to help patients enhance their quality of life”. We have every expectation that she will deliver exceptional care to our patients.

With the retirement of the fellowship program, we understand that you may have questions or concerns about the continuity of your care. Rest assured, our commitment to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare remains unchanged. Kelly will be working closely with Dr. DePalma to ensure that you will continue to receive the highest quality of care.

We are grateful for the trust you have placed in us as your healthcare providers and look forward to continuing to serve you with dedication and compassion.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Warm regards,
Vicki Morales
